とりあえずメモ。あとで手に入れて読んでみよう。

[追記] 手に入ったのでざっとながめて追記。樹高←DBHのような通常のアロメトリー式を使用している。測定誤差は、3チームが同一のサンプルを別々に測定した結果からもとめている。
